1. Agreement

By accessing or using Opalia at airphub.online, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or continue using the service.

You must meet the minimum age required to consent to the service in your location, or use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. The service

Opalia provides private, invitation- and permission-based character spaces. Users can create accounts, apply to servers, use authorized character cards, save conversations, and generate interactive responses through configured content-processing services. Creators can administer servers, character cards, members, and access.

An invitation permits an application but does not guarantee membership. A creator or server administrator may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke access under disclosed server rules.

3. Accounts and sign-in

• You must provide accurate registration information and protect your password, email, and signed-in devices.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. If you discover unauthorized use, sign out other sessions and contact support promptly.
• When Google Sign-In is used, one Google identity maps to one Opalia account. The same email cannot simultaneously register as both a Google account and a password account.
• You may not sell, rent, or share an account or circumvent access controls, suspensions, rate limits, or free-usage limits.
• Each account receives a public account ID for support and ownership checks. That ID is not an authentication secret.

4. User and system-generated content

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in original content you submit and grant Opalia permission to process, store, and transmit it as needed to provide, protect, and improve features you request. You must have the right to upload or use the relevant character cards, settings, images, and text.

Character and content-processing service availability may change. Unless expressly stated otherwise, generated content does not represent the views or endorsement of Opalia, Google, or a related provider.

5. Acceptable use and platform rules

When using Opalia, you must not:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, hateful, exploitative, or rights-infringing conduct;
• Upload personal data, trade secrets, copyrighted material, or malicious code that you have no right to use;
• Create, distribute, or solicit child sexual exploitation material or non-consensual intimate content involving a real person;
• Attempt to obtain another user's password, token, private prompt, character card, conversation, or server data;
• Attack, scrape, reverse-abuse, overload, or bypass authentication, security, or capacity controls; or
• Impersonate another person or falsely claim endorsement by Google, Opalia, a creator, or another organization.

Server creators may publish stricter community rules, but those rules must be clear and may not conflict with these Terms or applicable law.

6. Google and other external services

Google Sign-In is provided by Google Identity Services. Google is an independent service provider, and Google Accounts and Google's own data processing are governed by Google's terms and policies. Opalia is not a Google product and is not sponsored or endorsed by Google.

Content processing, email, and infrastructure may also be provided by independent vendors. We interact with them only as needed for the relevant feature; see the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Privacy

How we access, use, store, share, and delete Google user data and other service data is described in the Opalia Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Service availability and limits

Opalia may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security, capacity, third-party failures, or product changes. We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service and data but do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Opalia is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on system-generated content, third-party services, user content, or unavoidable service interruptions. This does not exclude liability that the law does not permit us to exclude.

9. Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, harms the service or another person, or when required by law. We will provide notice or an appeal route when appropriate, but urgent security measures may take effect immediately.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account and data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Ending membership in one server does not necessarily delete the whole Opalia account.

10. Changes to the Terms or service

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, security requirements, law, or operational changes. Material changes will be reasonably disclosed on the site or in the product, and the date at the top will be updated. Continued use after the change takes effect indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
